He is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law having received a J.D. in 1984. Mr. Soto has been representing injured clients for over 20 Years. Mr. Soto has participated as a lecturer at numerous Florida Bar sponsored seminars and has lectured at the board certification review course for attorneys studying to take the board certification exam. Prior to representing injured workers, Mr. Soto was a partner at a large state-wide defense firm for 8 years. During that time, he gained invaluable experience representing insurance companies.
